Why "Rhine"?
The Rhine River is one of Europe's most important waterways. For centuries, it hasn't needed grand architecture to prove its value — it simply flows, quietly bringing good things to every place it passes through. We named ourselves "Rhine" to convey exactly this: great coffee doesn't need an expensive venue. It can flow into your daily life as naturally as a river.

NT$0 Rent, Maximum Quality
Rent in central Taipei starts at NT$80,000/month. We invest that into La Marzocco espresso machines, EK43 grinders, and single-origin beans. Every sip you take is our sincerity in saving on rent.
No Table Turnover, Just Better Crema
Without the pressure of in-store queues, every cup gets the time it deserves — from grinding, dosing, extraction to milk texturing. A well-made coffee is worth the extra thirty seconds.
Café Quality, Delivery Convenience
A physical store can only serve customers within a few hundred meters. Through delivery, we bring the same quality coffee to your office, living room, or wherever you want a moment of calm.
OUR BEANS
The Bean Journey
Origin Selection
We work directly with green bean importers, sourcing from estates above 1,500m altitude — washed or natural processed. From Ethiopia's floral notes to Guatemala's smoky character, every bean passes strict flavor screening.
Small-Batch Roasting
Roasted weekly, never more than 5kg at a time. From light roast florals to medium-dark chocolate caramel, each roast profile is tuned to showcase the bean's character. We only brew within 7 days of roasting — anything older gets retired.
Professional Extraction
La Marzocco espresso machine + EK43 grinder — the same grade equipment found in Taipei's best specialty cafés. Grind size, water temperature, and extraction time are fine-tuned per bean. Pour-over uses V60 with a three-stage pour to maximize flavor layers.
Thermal Delivery
Sealed in thermal packaging, delivered via Uber Eats or foodpanda. Average order-to-delivery: 25 minutes. Temperature drop for hot drinks: less than 3°C. For iced drinks, the difference is virtually zero.
